Users agree to pay the specified fees for the selected lead lists or subscription plans. Payments are processed securely, and subscription fees are billed automatically according to the chosen billing cycle. Users can cancel subscriptions at any time.

Use of Leads:
The lead lists provided by OA Leads Pro are intended for the personal use of the subscriber and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to third parties without explicit written consent. Unauthorized use may result in termination of services.

Accuracy of Information:
While OA Leads Pro strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the lead lists. Users acknowledge that product availability, prices, and other details are subject to change.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of OA Leads Pro. If users encounter inaccuracies in the lead lists, they must promptly notify OA Leads Pro, providing supporting evidence. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Termination of Services:
OA Leads Pro reserves the right to terminate services for any user violating these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by OA Leads Pro. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

Amendments to Terms:
OA Leads Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.

By using OA Leads Pro's services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and will adhere to the guidelines set forth by OA Leads Pro.

Subscription, Payments, and Cancellation Policy:
We currently offer a variety of monthly subscription plans. Once you select your preferred plan and subscribe to the service by making the first payment, you will start receiving the leads according to your selected plan to the email address provided by you during the registration process.

Upon signing up to our service you will be required to provide us with some personal information. All of your personal information will be collected and processed by the Company in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please carefully review our Privacy Policy prior to providing any personal information. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policies, please do not use our Service.

All subscription fees that are listed are in US Dollars. You will be billed according to your subscription plan when you first subscribe and each month thereafter, on an automatically recurring basis until or unless your subscription is cancelled.

You must cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being billed for the following month. We request that you contact us by in writing by email at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that you don’t get billed.

All subscription payments are deemed to be fully earned on the day you are billed. We do not offer any partial refunds should you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle.

We currently use Rebilly in conjunction with Stripe to process all subscription payments. Please note that we do not store or process any credit card details, and all your sensitive payment information is collected and managed by Stripe. 

We reserve the right to modify any plans, subscription fees, payment, cancellation, and refund policy at any time by amending these Terms. In the event of any change in subscription fees, we will give you at least thirty (30) days notice before billing you the new amount. If you do not agree with such change in subscription fees, you will have the option to cancel at that time.

In the event we do not receive your subscription fee when it is due, we will attempt to contact you at the email address provided by you during registration. We will attempt to contact you twice and in the event of no response, we will terminate your subscription

You hereby grant us the right to continue its attempt to bill your selected payment method for up to 90 days for failed payments. We will not be held responsible for any claims relating to loss of data, loss of revenue or lost opportunity as a result of the termination of your subscription resulting from any non-payment of your subscription fee.

You acknowledge that membership of any plan is subject to availability and the Company is under no legal or moral obligation to accept any member. We may in our sole discretion refuse to accept any member without providing any reason for our refusal.

No Guarantee of Income:
We are unable to offer any guarantees of income resulting from our service. You accept full responsibility for your own income resulting from our service. You fully understand that your income will depend on your efforts. We are unable to assume any responsibility for your success or offer any guarantees of any sort.

We will not be held liable for your success or failure to achieve any specific financial goals resulting from our services. 

Terms of Use and Services for OA Pro Mastery Mastermind Group:

Welcome to OA Pro Mastery Mastermind Group (“the Group”). By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the OA Pro Mastery Mastermind Group.

Membership Eligibility:
To join the OA Pro Mastery Mastermind Group, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. By becoming a member, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Group Purpose and Content:
The OA Pro Mastery Mastermind Group provides educational content, training materials, and a platform for members to share knowledge and experiences related to online arbitrage and e-commerce. The content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Membership Responsibilities:
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and agree to use the Group in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Members are also expected to contribute positively to the community and respect the opinions and rights of others.

Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and resources, provided within the OA Pro Mastery Mastermind Group is the intellectual property of the Group. Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Prohibited Conduct:
